Wipeout 3 (Wip3out in Europe and Japan) is a futuristic racing video game developed and published by Psygnosis exclusively for the Sony PlayStation. The title is the fourth game in the Wipeout series, and was released in Europe and North America in September 1999. It was the first game to be released by Psygnosis's Leeds studio. The game was re-released in Europe as Wipeout 3: Special Edition in August 2000.
