Cannell and was filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia to avoid the higher studio costs associated with filming in Los Angeles.Wiseguy featured Ken Wahl as Vinnie Terranova, a deep cover operative for the fictional Organized Crime Task Force division of the FBI.
