Wiswell is a small village and civil parish in the Ribble Valley, within the county of Lancashire, England. It is close to the village of Whalley and town of Clitheroe at the foot of Wiswell Moor.According to the United Kingdom Census 2011, the parish has a population of 967, a decrease from 985 in the 2001 census.The parish adjoins the other Ribble Valley parishes of Pendleton, Sabden, Whalley and Barrow.
