Yazd University is an Iranian university in the city of Yazd in Yazd Province.The university was founded in 1987,and has witnessed a period of rapid growth ever since. The university has an area of 380 ha with a total building area of 24 ha. It has 400 faculty members and about 15000 students in 180 different fields in Ph.D. (37), Masters (80), and Bachelors (63) levels.
