13th Floor Records was an independent record label from the United States, owned by Monk Rock, who was Social Distortion's manager during the early 1980s. The label released their debut studio album, Mommy's Little Monster, in 1983 as well as the single "1945", which was released the year before. Prior to going out of business, the company changed its name to 13th Story Records, who released their 1983 single "Another State of Mind" and a reissue of "1945" in 1985.
