"Absolutely Not" is a song by the Canadian R&B / dance music singer Deborah Cox. The song first appeared on the soundtrack to the 2001 Eddie Murphy film Dr. Dolittle 2. Hex Hector's "Chanel Mix" of the song is included on Cox's 2002 studio album The Morning After.Released as a single in mid-2001, "Absolutely Not" was most successful on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart, where remixes by DJ Hex Hector spent two weeks at #1 in September of that year.
