Bert Garrett Hendrix, Jr. (born December 16, 1922), known as B. G. (Beagle) Hendrix, was an Arkansas state politician. He served for 34 years in the Arkansas House of Representatives for the Fort Smith district, along with Speaker of the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1989 to 1991. During his time in the house, he was involved in acquiring the first computer for the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith in the late 1960s. He was elected initially to the House in 1962.
