Berit Ås (born Skarpaas April 10, 1928 in Fredrikstad, Norway) is a Norwegian politician, Professor Emerita of social psychology at the University of Oslo, and feminist. She was the first leader of the Socialist Left Party (1975–1976) and served as a Member of the Parliament of Norway 1973–1977. She was also a deputy member of parliament 1969–1973 (for the Norwegian Labour Party) and 1977–1981 (for the Socialist Left Party).
