Beverly Baldwin Martin (born August 7, 1955) is a United States federal judge. She was appointed to the federal bench by President Bill Clinton. On June 19, 2009, President Barack Obama nominated Martin to a seat on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The Senate confirmed her on January 20, 2010 and she began active service on January 28.
