The Brooks Tower is a 42 story residential building in downtown Denver, Colorado, United States. At the time of its construction in 1968, it was the tallest building in Denver, standing 420 feet (130 m). In 2010, it is the thirteenth-largest building in Denver. It was also Denver's first high-rise residential building. Originally built as an apartment building, Brooks Tower was converted to condominia in the 1990s.
