Chuluota /tʃəloʊdə/ (chə-LO-duh) is a census-designated place and an unincorporated area in Seminole County, Florida, United States. The population was 2,483 at the 2010 Census. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. On the outskirts of Seminole County, Chuluota is known to have more of a rural atmosphere. The area is known for its swamps, and for its spanish moss.
