David Brock Hornby (born April 21, 1944) is a federal judge serving on the United States District Court for the District of Maine.Born in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, Hornby received a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1965, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1969. He was a law clerk for Judge John Minor Wisdom on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 1969 to 1970.
