Daniel James (born August 8, 1948) is a British historian educated at Oxford University and the London School of Economics, where he received his doctorate in 1979. He is an expert in Peronism and the working class in Argentina. Dr. James is renowned in Argentina as a result of his expertise, interpretation and analysis of the Peronist government.
