Dave Trott is the former Chairman and Executive Creative Director of The Gate London, copywriter, blogger and author. Responsible for some of the most memorable adverts of the last 30 years, Trott studied at the Pratt Institute in New York, majoring in Advertising before going on to found the advertising agencies GGT and Bainsfair Sharkey Trott. In 2004 he was given the D&AD President's Award for lifetime achievement in advertising.
