The company Delta Groove Productions, Inc. was founded by Southern California-based producer, concert promoter, and harmonica player Randy Chortkoff who died in May 2015, while awaiting a liver transplant and sentencing on fraud charges. Its first release was That Represent Man (2004), the debut album by the all-star blues band The Mannish Boys.
