Emerson Hamilton Liscum (July 16, 1841 - July 13, 1900) was a U.S. Army officer who was killed in battle at Tientsin, China during the Boxer Rebellion.Liscum joined the 1st Vermont Infantry in May 1861 to serve in the American Civil War. He re-enlisted with the regular army the following year, and continued to serve after the war. He was promoted to Colonel in April 1899. While in command of the 9th U.S. Infantry, he led his men during the Boxer Rebellion.
