Emil Stock (1868 – 1951) was an Croatian industrialist and businessman.Stock was born in Split on 3 August 1868 to Abramo and Gentile (née Valenzin) Stock. He was raised with 11 siblings. Stock's paternal Ashkenazi Jewish family originated from Frankfurt am Main, German Empire, while his maternal Sephardi Jewish family arrived in Split during Napoleonic era. His father moved to Split in 1844 from Trieste, Italy. Stock graduated from the university as a civil engineer.
