A ghoriba (also spelled ghribia, ghraïba, or ghriyyaba) is a type of biscuit prepared in the Maghreb and parts of the Middle East. It is a round, shortbread cookie made with flour, sugar, butter, and usually almonds. It is often served with coffee or Maghrebi mint tea. They are similar to polvorón from Andalusia and qurabiya from Iran.
