Hart Mountain is a fault-block mountain, in Lake County, Oregon, US. It lies about 30 miles (48 km) to the east of Lakeview.It is sometimes confused with a mountain range, but is more properly described as one mountain. The two highest peaks are Warner Peak and Hart Peak. Warner Peak is located at 42°27′35″N 119°44′29″W. It is the highest point on the mountain, at 8,017 feet (2,444 m) above sea level.
