Hasan Ali Khan Garroosy (1820–1900), also known as Amīr(-e) Neẓām Garrūsī, was an Iranian diplomat, officer, statesman, and literary figure of the Qajar period. He was born in Bijar to a family of Kurdish Kabudvand chiefs in 1820.Ḥasan Ali's unusually broad education included Arabic and Persian composition, history, calligraphy, and perhaps some theology. Ḥasan Ali served sixty-four years under three monarchs of the Qajar Dynasty.He died in Ramazan in January of 1900.
