McKibben (born April 1, 1940) is a United States federal judge.Born in Virginia, Illinois, McKibben received a B.S. from Bradley University in 1962, an M.P.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1964, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1967.
