Jamie Records was a record label founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1957 by Harold Lipsius. Their first 45rpm single, "It's Great To Fall In Love"/"Truly" by Marian Caruso (Jamie 1033), was issued in 1957. The label hit the big time in 1958 with the release of Duane Eddy's "Rebel Rouser"/"Stalkin'" (Jamie 1104), which reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100. Eddy became the mainstay Jamie artist, recording hit after hit, unprecedented for an instrumentalist.
