Jay Gonzalez is the former Secretary of Administration and Finances for the state of Massachusetts under incumbent governor Deval Patrick. Gonzalez was appointed to the position after the resignation of Leslie Kirwan in the fall of 2009. Before working for the government, Gonzalez worked as an attorney at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge in Boston. He attended Dartmouth College and Georgetown University Law Center.
