Jonathan Dedering (born July 14, 1986) is a progressive politician from Madison, Wisconsin. Jonathan was formerly an organizer with Students for a Democratic Society. In September 2007, Dedering was a co-organizer of a controversial demonstration in support of Josh Gaines, an Iraq War veteran, who returned his medals to Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. Dedering organized a school supplies drive as a counter protest to a Westboro Baptist Church rally on July 7, 2012.
