José Vicente de Freitas, 2nd Baron of Freitas GCTE (Portuguese pronunciation: [ʒuˈzɛ viˈsẽt(ɨ) dɨ ˈfɾɐjtɐʃ]; 22 January 1869 – 6 September 1952) was a Portuguese military officer and politician.De Freitas was born in Calheta, Madeira.
