Kallur Subba Rao was born on 25 May 1897, and he was the first person who started Congress Movement in Rayalaseema. He studied up to 12th standard, when he was in 17 years he attended a meeting hosted by Ane besant. Subba Rao started participating in meetings and started the Freedom Struggle.
