Let's Talk About It is the second album by R&B singer, Carl Thomas, released on March 23, 2004. Originally scheduled for a late 2003 release, the album was delayed several months due to Bad Boy Records entering into a new distribution deal with Universal Records. Let's Talk About It was not a commercial success due to a couple factors. The first of which was Thomas' extended time between albums.
