Madison Centre (formerly known as M5 Commerce Centre) is a 530-foot (160 m) tall skyscraper under construction in the Downtown district in Seattle, Washington. It is scheduled to be completed in 2016 and have 36 floors. Upon its completion, it would be one of the tallest buildings in Seattle. Schnitzer West bought the existing property at the site and hoped to begin construction of a skyscraper as early as 2008.
