Marisa J. Lankester (born March 23, 1963) is an American memoirist. In 1986 Lankester moved to Los Angeles, California to work for Ron ('The Cigar') Sacco in his illegal bookmaking operation, and in doing so, became his first female employee. Sacco's United States operations allegedly reached over $1 Billion per year and was the largest sports betting operation in the country, if not the world. In 1987, Sacco's Los Angeles headquarters were raided.
