Listed at 6' 1" (1.86 m), 225 lb. (102 k), he batted and threw right-handed.Primarily a second baseman, Cairo was able to play all infield positions and the corner outfield. A decent hitter, he was certainly good enough for pinch-hitting duties late in his career.
