Olearia algida (Alpine Daisy-bush) is a species of flowering plant in the family Asteraceae. It is a shrub to 1 metre high with crowded leaves. These are dark green above and woolly underneath and have revolute edges. The flowerheads have 2 to 6 white ray florets. The species was first formally described in The Victorian Naturalist in 1956 by Norman Wakefield. It occurs near swampy areas within heath and grassland in high altitude areas of south-eastern New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania.
