Paul X. Williams (February 19, 1908 – January 24, 1994) was a United States federal judge.Born in Booneville, Arkansas, Williams received a B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1929 and an LL.B. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1930. He was in the United States Navy Lieutenant Commander from 1942 to 1946. He was an assistant U.S. Attorney of the Western District of Arkansas from 1947 to 1948. He was a judge on the Chancery Court of Arkansas from 1949 to 1967.
