Richard Charles Hunter (December 3, 1884 – January 23, 1941) was a Nebraska Democratic politician. Hunter was born in West Point, Nebraska. He moved to Omaha, Nebraska with his family in 1885. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1909, Harvard Law School in 1910, and the law department of Columbia University in 1911, passing the bar the same year.
