Sa'adat Abad (Persian: سعادت آباد‎‎) is an affluent neighborhood located North of Shahrak-e Gharb. It is considered as one of the most upscale neighborhoods of North Tehran. Kaj (meaning Pine) Square in Sa'adat Abad is famous for its large number of restaurants, you can find over 30 fast food restaurants and coffee shops in a 100 meter stretch heading north or south from Kaj Square.
