Samuel Owor Amooti Otada, commonly known as Sam Otada, is a Ugandan businessman and politician. He is the Group Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Otada Group of Companies, a family-owned business conglomerate. He is the incumbent Member of Parliament representing Kibanda County, Kiryandongo District. He has continuously represented that constituency in the Parliament of Uganda, since 2001.
