In 1999 Stammers and Plastic Eaters gained an artist sponsorship from Adidas. Stan uses Wal basses produced by renowned bass manufacturer Electric Wood Ltd. in Cobham, Surrey, England, he also exclusively uses Ashdown Engineering bass amplification.
