Stephen Clarendon Phillips (November 4, 1801 – June 26, 1857) was a Representative from Massachusetts.Phillips was born in Salem, Massachusetts, to Stephen and Dorcas (Woodbridge) Phillips, he graduated from Harvard University in 1819.
