Terrence L. O'Brien (born August 8, 1943 in Lincoln, Nebraska) is a Senior United States Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was nominated to the Tenth Circuit by President George W. Bush on September 4, 2001 and was confirmed by the United States Senate by a vote of 98-0 on April 15, 2002. He replaced Judge Wade Brorby, who took senior status. O'Brien was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. He received a B.S. from the University of Wyoming in 1965.
