Thomas James Duncan Fuller (March 17, 1808 - February 13, 1876) was a United States Representative from Maine. He was born in Hardwick, Vermont on March 17, 1808. He attended the common schools.He studied law, was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in Calais, Maine. He was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-first and to the three succeeding Congresses (March 4, 1849 – March 3, 1857).
