Vian is a town in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, United States. It is part of the Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,466 at the 2010 census, a 17.6 percent gain from 1,362 at the 2000 census. It was named for Big Vian and Little Vian Creeks.
