Waterman, also known as Waterman Flat, is an unincorporated community in Wheeler County, in the U.S. state of Oregon. Waterman lies southeast of Richmond and northeast of Mitchell at the intersection of Richmond Road, Parrish Creek Road, and Waterman Road.
