Zaltbommel (Dutch pronunciation: [zɑldˈbɔməl]) is a municipality and a city in the Netherlands.Zaltbommel was expanded to its current size on 1 January 1999, by a merger of the municipalities of Brakel, Kerkwijk and Zaltbommel.
