"Hector Champagne (February 18, 1862 \u2013 June 29, 1941) was a Canadian lawyer and politician.Born in Saint-Eustache, Canada East, Champagne was educated at the Acad\u00E9mie commerciale de Saint-Eustache, the S\u00E9minaire de Sainte-Th\u00E9r\u00E8se-de-Blainville, the Coll\u00E8ge Bourget, the Universit\u00E9 Laval \u00E0 Montr\u00E9al, and the University of Paris.
