The lake, oriented on a southwest\u2013northeast axis, measures 13.5 km (8 mi) in length and has a maximum width of 2 km (1 mi). It is relatively shallow with a maximum depth of 30 m (98 ft), and is located just north of the city of Val-d\u2019Or, Quebec.
