It passes through eastern Douglas County and reaches its southern terminus at U.S. Route 160 in Gainesville in Ozark County.Just south of Cabool, Route 181 forms an overpass interchange with Route 60 and four miles farther south enters the northeastern corner of Douglas County."@en .
