. . "Ranes Church (Norwegian: Ranes kyrkje) is a parish church in Surnadal Municipality in M\u00F8re og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the village of Ranes, just east of the municipal centre of Skei. The church is one of two churches in the \u00D8ye og Ranes parish (along with \u00D8ye Church). The parish is part of the Indre Nordm\u00F8re deanery in the Diocese of M\u00F8re. The white, wooden church was built in 1868 by the architect Schmedling from Molde.
